Only a couple of months ago I was wondering what I could do to lose some weight and regardless of my efforts and strict diet, nothing seemed to work for me. As a matter of fact the more I exercised the less weight I loss. What is it I did not do or did unconsciously that kept the weight on? 175lbs was a bit too much for me as I watched in horror my belly growing by the day. Those days are finally gone and now at 153 lbs I can happily say I did it… Everyone around me noticed the change in my face and my slim new figure. So what is it I did to lose so much weight in such a short time?

With the help of my good friend Steve I built a new healing room, a garage door, a carport, and a myriad of additions to the house. That's what I did and I did it with all my heart sparing no efforts doing so, working from daybreak and well after dark. In the process I burnt, cut and hurt myself so many times but like a valiant soldier I took on all the challenges and stayed the course all the way to the great victory. Try climbing up and down a ladder many times or mixing concrete and cutting, nailing, screwing and hammering all day! Use heavy power tools and do it all under the burning Arizona sun. There were days where we could not even cool down in the pool because of the heat. The work was exhausting and expensive but results are phenomenal all the while adding value to my house.

I also remember wondering just a few months ago how I could make my Cabalistic Healing room more spacious and more enjoyable for my patients and myself. The previous smaller bedroom is now dedicated to my friends or clients in need of a place to stay. People fly from all over to experience my physical and spiritual gifts and sometime I have a party of 3 or 4 people in need of Cabalistic Healing and they usually stay at the Phoenix Inn hotel just a couple of blocks away from my house.

I literally "killed three birds with one bullet" and got both wishes granted. I have a beautiful spacious new healing room a bedroom for clients/friends and I have lost much unwanted weight. I recall some nights were I could barely walk as my feet and legs were in excruciating pain. Many times I found myself asleep on the couch and in my dreams I was working as hard as in the physical world. I was taking my daily problems into my subconscious and by miracle the next day always found the vital solution.

It's all a matter of mind and will, where the body can find the super physical strength needed to accomplish the demanding tasks. So many efforts took their toll on my body and the fat burnt rapidly. I can guarantee that in no way walking or running on a tread mill or lifting weights would bring such a result regardless how dedicated you really are. Why? Mostly because the food you ingest and your diet will also play a very important part of losing fat. My good friend Steve is a professional herbalist and an excellent cook. What do you expect he was born with the Tail of the Dragon (past lives) in Cancer (food/care taker).

I was so exhausted each night that I could only eat then pass out and get enough sleep for the next day. We usually passed out by 9.30 PM and rose with the Sun around 5.00 am every day. No social life means no alcohol (I don't smoke) and only natural homemade healthy food. Combine all this with work and you have your recipe for success in losing weight. Many people attempt to lose fat but run to the fridge and stuff themselves with everything wrong for their body such as meat, pasta, cookies, pastries, soda, French fries, oil, sugar and coffee. Good luck to you if you do so, you will not succeed. Because of the intense heat I drank so much water everyday that my distiller in the garage was always at work. I was drinking about a gallon and a half of distilled water every day and this cleansing process helped to eliminate years of toxins accumulated in my body.

The problem people encounter with losing weight is fighting their established habits. Much like someone hoping to quit smoking after 30 years of practice! You did not deal with me Dr. Turi but with mundane astrology. You might as well read your daily horoscope or call Mrs. Cleo and waste your time and money.

What about Hypnotherapy? I can't be hypnotized, or no way Jose, will anyone take over my will or turn me into a chicken! How educated these people who think that way really are, I might add, not knowing a deeply ingrained phobia is the reason of their undoing or fears.

Cabalistic Healing? What's that? Oh my God, it's against my religion, who knows I may end up in hell. Guess what you are in hell already and your ignorance is what fuels your fears and your lack of success. Alternatively, the mental snob or educated nerd saying "is there any accredited school for such a practice? This oil snake vendor practice is outdated." And in the process they do miss the ultimate boat. But again, what's new with the nerd "scientists?" following my last appearance on the Discovery channel, when the guests (FBI's egocentric members) regardless of my many obvious proofs back stage, did not want to consider Astropsychology's unarguable values.

The religious lunatics trust God or Jesus to take care of them again not knowing that the stars were set in the heavens for interpretation and plants and nature to be used against diseases naturally. "Ask and you shall receive" really becomes the key when the lost soul finally decides to upgrade its mental perceptions and spiritual vibrations. Finally it reaches the true spiritual light and physical relief. But again bombarding the spirit since birth with doctrines and the mind with scientific facts, the cynical spirit slips into a form of physical and spiritual lethargy (or for the lack of a better word) constipation.

What a world, what young worlds are we living in! The people who run your lives and make political decisions, you trust with your health do care but they are often unware and uneducated to the spiritual workings of the body, mind and spirit. Blinded by the their limited outlook and restricted perception of the divine, God's Universal rules are cast aside to satisfy an insatiable appetite for money, power and control. I perceive nowadays the people in the educational fields (and scientific or religious leaders) as chaotic wildebeests running and pushing each other in incalculable numbers, straight into a huge canyon of ignorance. Moreover, our children can only acknowledge their parents' wisdom and will accept and follow what has become another habit that is accepted by the majority.

Yes you will also see a perverted government worker at the gate of a major airport stop a 15 year old little girl with blue eyes born in the USA and proud to be an American -- to check her out. Meanwhile the very obvious person who fits the terrorist archetype, and who could be a potential threat to the nation will go through the gate of the airport without a second look. What kind of a world are we living in?

The children of the future will have to live with this enormous imbecility and may again use the school as a perfect stage to kill their teachers as to tell them PLEASE teach us the truth. This is what’s going on in their little but smart minds… "Is there any teacher out there who knows who I am? What I am on this world for? What is my mission? Once I get to know all about me, then I can concentrate on geography or mathematics more and quit drugging myself in despair for some direction and purpose." When will my message be heard by people who can really make a difference in education and help me to turn things around for the sake of the children? I can't wait to find some financial help out there to begin to build my Astropsychology schools and start to heal and guide the kids accordingly.

You will find these buildings all over, and even in Indian reservations (Sedona) each year more churches are erected, completely ignoring the will of the Indians their culture and wishes. Finally the government will put a stop to the growing infection and begin to make it difficult to get building permits but guess what? It's only a game, because those who give the permits are themselves religiously poisoned, and with the right "donation," the new building will be there where no one but them can afford the extraordinary price. With money and position all is possible and this is where things are for now.

Where are my so desperately needed schools? Well in time I will see them in operation and finally the parents will be able to perceive my mission and will endorse my teachings whiel my vaillant Star Students will help me to pass an intelligent revitalizing legacy to the world. They will stop teaching the children religious doctrines that poison their fragile psyches with hell stories.

The world is slowly growing and I am sure my numerous students are proud to be a part of the light against the "dark ages" and destructive dogmatic teachings that have killed and are still killing innocent souls in Iraq and many other parts of this ignorant world.

There is so much you can do for yourself naturally without the rigid scientific or established religious beliefs, and only advanced souls blessed with perceptive minds can appreciate and request my healing touch or even perceive my uniqueness. Usually it is only when all you have tried has failed and most of all; when the student is ready will the teacher appear.

I have worked with so many people in my healing room and right after the 2-hour session their entire face lightens. All diseases come from a spiritual / physical blockage and more poison in your system can not eradicate the trouble but make will make it unmanageable in the long run.
