not afraid of my original, advanced way of teaching this show
is for you.
First read a couple of emails exchanged between Angela one of
my student and me.

I have been listening to you on air tonight...well done...I
am appalled at the hosts and chat. I do not see myself as
closed or not open to others views and I am aware that others
do not have cosmic consciousness, but the chat was nothing
less than racist, insulting and clearly ignorant.

I presented myself as a student and I saw ridicule,
uneducated negative insulting spiel. I am sorry that I am so
affected by this but I feel these fools do not deserve to
have you on there show.

I was so shocked I saved some of the chat...including the
hosts comments and attempted to get through on the line to
constructively support you. I can imagine where you got the
patience and pure professional stance from to handle the host
who I think is called Ginger...she was unbelievable. How are
these people on the airwaves? My pc kept going off and they
cut you off when you talked about Art Bell.  Surprise... I
was cut off in sound for about 10 Min's as the others on the
chat were also. I know you need this publicity Dr Turi but
this show is another level, I cannot think how this behavior
is ok.

However you held your ground and I can honestly say she was
muted as much as she tried. Well done my friend and you must
be exhausted I am..lol  I felt I had to express my support
and sheer surprise, I have never ever experienced hosts
behave in this unprofessional way before.

Hello Angela:

Hosts have to play advocate and "support" the audience
regardless of their own feelings or personal views. I know Ed
well and he is a smart advanced man but again MUST adapt on
the air. This show was very HOT even challenging for many
people and the heat was ON for the two hours I was
interviewed. But by judging at the many emails of support
many smart people did enjoy my philosophy and my direct
approach to the subject of religion. Again realize that many
people are jealous of my success while others suffer serious
inferiority complex and they can only be nasty to us.

It is simply the eternal battle between the light and
darkness or intelligence and stupidity in this case. The mass
is not at your level Angela, you are a student and they are
not, and you should not take things personally. Its just my
job and I know better than to let anyone or any show get the
best of me. The radio hosts were doing their work the best
way they know how and MUST adapt to some stupid listeners
that's all.

They did a good job trying to get me as would any skeptic or
imbecile but it is part of the show. I always come on top
because I know my turf well and no one can really get to me
in a negative way. I was shocking, competitive, direct, and
honest and the job was as always well done.  You missed a few
segments, not to worry you can listen to the full show in the
archives in about 30 mn
