Thanks again for sharing the wisdom. With regards to the Rob Hendin article I agree with teaching our children. However the Penal System is one of the largest money makers. California State, on a global perspective has the fifth largest economy in the world. Did you know that prisons get more funding than schools. A prison guard is paid more than a teacher. Prisons get more tax dollars than schools and hospitals. Officials know this, as they are separating the classes and a highest rate since 1933.

Dear Dr. Turi,
I live 4 miles from where the killings took place at Nickel Mines.
Your analysis is totally accurate and in fact if anything much milder than the actual situation here.
This area, exactly halfway between Baltimore and Philadelphia, is a hotbed of extreme cults. The Amish are a minority, although highly visible. The largest element consists of the extremist evengelical churches in the mold of Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell. The Amish by the way, although pacifists, all voted for Bush and are politically "conservative."
The passive-aggressive and deceptive behavior of the Amish is legendary and acknowledged by all in any community where they live. Their only religious book besides the Bible is the "Martyr's Mirror" written in the early 1600's which catalogues their persecutions in Europe. This is ingrained in their mind set. Their relationship with their non Amish neighbors resembles an armed truce, filled with suspicion and hostile superiority complex. They would never lift a finger to help any non Amish person.

Any Amish who fails to obey their bishops or whose behavior is slightly nonconformist is thrown out of the community and shunned. Anyone caught socializing with someone shunned is also thrown out. This applies to siblings and parents/children of those evicted.
Those thrown out continue to live in the area and usually become Mennonites, who are carbon copy of Amish, but less strict, and more integrated in modern life. Historically the Mennonites expelled the Amish community from their midst 300 years ago for being extremists. Otherwise those shunned from the Amish church probably would join an evangelical denomination. The point is that the region is filled with ex-Amish who live side by side with the Amish who shunned them.
The killer had a Welsh name (Roberts), but his mother could have been from an Amish background, or maybe one or more of his grandparents. The Amish are all from Swiss-German stock and have German names, and speak a Swiss-German dialect.
I will try to get the killer's bio data for you, but will wait til things settle down a bit. I have been an amateur astrologer for many years, and greatly appreciate your contributions which will hopefully redefine astrology on a firmer basis.
My family background is Quaker, and several of my ancestors were astrologers here in Pennsylvania in the late 1600's throughout the 18th century. The Quakers were English and Welsh, quite eccentric and open to all sorts of odd ideas.

I doubt that I would be able to afford a meeting currently. yet...I do know that I needed very much to have one. I think it is the difference between having a flashlight in the dark and not having one.

I was just reading the various astrology signs for this period and was so amazed of how correct you are about each sign and what they would be now experiencing. Each person I know that are born within that sign is actually experiencing the very things you refer would be happening for them in this present period.

The worst is a friend's child that is born under the sign of Libra. Please help me to pray for this child. He really needs help. Now I can see why. He is passing through a very critical time,

I have often wondered how to really reach out to help the children. I wish we could have you speak in the schools to the young people in High School...Middle schools even.......
There is so much to do but how do one get into doing without being attacked with what is politically correct?

The society endeavors to keep the children misinformed the media for one... expose and promote them to alternatives that are basically leading them down the road of destruction. It is easy to say what is wrong but how do we fix the problem where do we start and that start is acceptable?

Excellent....this message is exactly right on the money. this death generation is growing in crime at an accelerated speed for sure....the gangsta rap music is glamorizing crime and the gangsta men are impregnating all of the white educated middle class girls and the impact of this culture shock is causing alarming murderous rages...saw a pretty white blonde girl on the news married to a black gangsta criminal man with their little baby daughter...the couple had been murdered by drug dealers the husband owed money to and their little 3 month old baby cried for a week and then died because no one even knew the parents were dead...until after a week went by and the neighbors complained of a horrible smell coming from their apartment. The drug dealers were caught in West Texas driving their stolen Cadillac. Every teen and young adult I know is in a disastrous mess...my own cousin was taken out into the country by his aunt to try and go cold turkey off of heroin because the hospital will not take him..

The police are all involved in money making ticket scams until you cannot drive down the street to even go to the store without getting stopped and they will put you in jail for being poor and in-between jobs...the chief of police here was forced to resign for running a corrupt police department investigated by the Texas Rangers.

It is going on everywhere educated white girls struggling to work and pay for her black babies while the father is now in prison for being that cool gangsta she started hanging with...

There is such ignorance as you said...and such mental and spiritual darkness going on everywhere. The violence is coming from out of control porn lust which keeps growing and then turning into kiddies porn lust and now the children have to stay inside so they won't disappear...

There is great destruction going on everywhere and the police and government cannot begin to control it because it is accelerating ...my cousin is a deputy sheriff and he feels this whole country is fixing to turn in rebellion against the government. My cousin said the jails do not even have enough room to hold all of the murderers and they are letting criminals back on the streets to commit crime again...

Keep us enlightened...

Your description of this generation hits the nail right on the head! My friends & I have been trying to put them in perspective with a reason for their suicidal behavior. It hard to verbalize. You've got it.

It's so sad. I am hospital staff & work w/these kids. Their eyes are dead & it's almost impossible to 'touch' them. I'm a Sag. 12/21/46 & that says it all. So I pray for the human race, the animals, mother earth etc. My hope lies in many of us praying for enlightenment & healing in the world. Mass prayer. Remember those mind experiments Art Bell & George Noory did on Coast to Coast radio? They worked. Could you target certain days that might be conducive to such efforts?

Keep up educating & writing. The world's leaders don't care. It's about power & money. The hierarchy behind them doesn't want us to awaken. Keeping people confused & ignorant is their goal, & they're very good at it! Hey- they've got all the money in the world to work with.

When I try to explain or share just little insights into why this or that is happening I get that smile & "oh you poor dear" or "oh you're a conspiracy theorist" one of 'those". So soldier on my friend in the Light. There are a lot of us out here & we now have the internet. I enjoy your e-mails with the astrological insights you share. Keep them coming.

crime was a result of bad economy, institutionalized racism and the Devils
