order form. Print out the form and fill in
your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Priority Mail is used in all orders but if you need A CONFIRMATION
for your order please email Dr. Turi@cox.net and MAKE the request via email.
You will be charged an additional $10 for your confirmation.
If you order with a money order and need a CONFIRMATION simply add $10 to your order.
All readings will require date and place of
birth (your time of birth is optional but it is needed for Astro*carto*graphy relocation charts).

payment (credit card number, money order, cashier's
check or personal check) plus $10.00 shipping and

the printable order form and payment
is received, your order will be shipped based upon your choice of processing.

Customers paying
by US Postal Money Order (green) will be served first.
Allow 2 to 3 week for delivery.
- If you use a personal check or your credit card allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Place your credit card order by phone by calling 602-265-7667.
- Fax orders (credit card): Please use the printable order form and fill out your order. Fax your order to (602) 265-8668 for processing.
Please call during regular business hours, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MT.
All North American orders will be shipped using the US Postal system. International shipping orders will incur extra costs. An invoice via email will be sent.
30 day refund on course materials and books if you're not satisfied.
