All that is needed to bypass unnecessary expenses, is fairness; understanding and communication from all parties involved.
As a rule, homeowners always worry about their properties being trashed and their investment ruined! This is why using a qualified company is always recommended, especially where credit, criminal, past renting records make the difference between a good trusting person and the wrong ones. But sometimes this isn’t enough and should those companies be trusted.
The ideal renter should be stable financially, this mean a good solid job and do no kind of drugs as well as mostly CLEAN, even fussy, much like my wife Terania which never stop cleansing her environment. In fact she will use her vacuum cleaner quite often making sure all the rooms in the house are spotless, especially with our little pet, Lady around.
Yes my wonderful wife can be an hindrance when I watch the news on TV but I know for a fact, your chances of landing on a slob are quite high!

But this alone will never tell you if this person own any very strong earthy, clean natural traits or is blessed with a responsible personality! In fact no house owners should trust their renting company 100% when it comes to their properties or possessions or assessing personality traits. And this is why…
I have seen some people and their children bathrooms in such a disgusting state that I could barely use them.
As far as Terania is concerned, while traveling long or short distances, she always warn me ahead of time when nature calls, asking me to look for a trail on the side of the highway! She will NOT use ANY public restrooms when we stop for gas!
I have seen some people houses and environment so filthy, so dirty and so messy that; I can only wonder how those slobs can live in such a terrible environment. I personally think having a “natural born dirty” renter is not only a sure way to destroy your investment, but also a danger of poisoning to themselves.
I have seen the damage big pets in a small house can do, I have seen the years of pet’s hair accumulated on sofa and furniture and experienced the horrific smell of their bodily waste encrusted in carpets and wood floors. While I grew up in a house with no running water, no bathroom, no washing room or electricity in the fifties, ALL my family members were born clean. This mean, if you have a “dirty” child and you were born “green” Blame it on the human karmic UCI and do not expect your child (s) to change, ever!
Sad enough, in the name of religious convictions, fears and atheism, the majority of families experience a myriad of problems that could be understood, but not necessarily resolved! Indeed the war of ignorance start right at home with your own family members who are nothing like you!
And going to church or study psychology will never offer you the golden key to what it means to be human or gather enough cosmic consciousness to understand and “forgive” your loved ones.
But the worse was witnessing first hand a friend of mine hoarding disease results, and trust me NO renting company would ever be able to “detect” such a nice and clean person’ mental sickness. She was able to fool me until the day she finally allowed me to come into her house.

Much like a Christian baker will refuse to make and sell a cake to a gay person, we are, erroneously very much perceived as evil people. Indeed ignorance is evil and it is very hard for anyone who has been indoctrinated for years to trust science or religion, to exit their comfortable, safe zones.
Real estate agents, like renting companies must make a living, but the millions of people making up this industry are not cosmic conscious and rely on heavy radio or television costly advertisements to find clients. It’s usually those who make the most money and wealthy large corporations that will be able to attract more of those in need of buying, selling or renting a house like us.
I have meet many of them and their personality will play an important part of hiring them to perform for us but checking their natal UCI has always been our priority. And once we find the month of their birth, we know exactly who we are dealing with. Like any politicians running for the Presidency, i.e. Donald Trump, people will tell you anything to reach their goals! Little do real estate agents know their profession is entirely ruled by the moon…

Hundreds of thousands of people are moving for many reasons, their jobs, their children, natural disasters, warmer climate, health reasons, name it! But human are machine of habits and find hard to take chances on the future and a reluctant to make those changes.
Our house is perfect for a family with children because we are located in one of the best, safest and growing part of Phoenix, in the “Arid Zone.” You can literally walk to the church next door, to the schools, to the movie theater, banks, shopping centers, post office because our house is close to the Esplanade on Camelback in the city. The good news is that our house is in a cul de sac, and so quiet, yet you are less than 5 minutes to all the highways and 10 minutes from the airport!
I know we may not find such a convenient location in Florida or maybe we will but as a soon to be retire, I don’t care much if we have to drive from the remote location we will reside to go shopping. Our house is a dream for a family with children, the gated pool is safe and the two fireplaces inside and outside of the house are phenomenal places to dine in or out under the patio area, in both the summer and mild winter. Again, small pets are welcome.
If you are a homeowner, renting your property, you HAVE the last word to choose your renter, if you want to be safe, I strongly recommend you (or your company) to hire me and check your tenants UCI. This investment will save you and your renter TONS of money, because you will spend ONLY the cost to check on the credit, past renting, work history and criminal record.

If something in the house break and you can not fix it, do not worry, I will replace it or get it to work again! AS LONG AS YOU ARE CLEAN and tidy naturally, you are a perfect renter for us!
Why paying a fortune, when you can call me, explain your situation and work WITH ME to fix it? Why would you spend a fortune when I offer you this option? Once I check your UCI, I know exactly who you are, where you come from and where you are going. As far as your personal credit, renting, criminal history is concerned, this is where we need the professionals, and if you are clean all the way, I am willing to pay half of it! Be sure the renting agency will make you or I pay the full amount because they are in this business to make money regardless! And so are we!
I have the contract between us ready and it involve the front yard maintenance. As you can see in the video or the pictures, there is not much to do there. The trees have been taken care already and cactus do not require much work! You may have to use my air blower or any of the tools in the shed to remove, collect and trash some leaves and cut some over growing cactus’s! That’s all. I do not need to pay someone to come every month to do this and include it in the rent and make you pay for it! You can do it!’
The same for the swimming pool, I can show you how easy it is to maintain and if you don’t want to be bother, then I will hire a pro and make you pay for it because this is how renting company work!
I just replaced the old noisy motor, the joints and the pump, and it took me less than 1 hours to do the job, again if you are not able or unwilling to do the work, no problem, I have the professional people to take care of anything that may break!
The hot tub is 8 years old but I also replaced the pump, the motor and all electronics, thus it is good for the next 8 years or so! And if it break, you fix it or trash it, this is part of the contract!
Some of what you saw in the house may stay, the extra fridge, the bar, the mirror, statues and even some of the furniture if requested. I explained in the video all that the incomplete paperwork from Zillow does not mention, the size of the extension! The total living space is 1660 square feet. The house stay on a 2000 square foot lot.
