URANUS MOVES INTO PISCES
Dear Newsletter Subscribers;
Well in my last newsletter #2 I mentioned to all of you to expect serious nasty surprises and EXPLOSIONS during the weekend of March 29th (48 hours centering this window) and anger that will affect the entire Middle East and the world at large feeling about this war. Again my premonitions came true with the largest detonations produced by the two 4,500-pound GBU-37 "bunker-busters" dropped on Baghdad and the explosion produced by a missile that struck a closed shopping mall in Kuwait City early Saturday and the latest suicidal (terrorist attack) killing four US soldiers. And don't forget parts of the Middle East (Jordan/Iran/Turkey) screaming their frustrations for the world to see. I also mentioned to be ready for quake and today 3/29/03 a strong earthquake hit northern Pakistan, killing at least 19 people (http://www.drturi.com/daily.html). Please remember all those predictions were printed in my yearly book 2003 Moon Power on7/7/2002.
You are making a good use of my gift but the courageous soldiers in Iraq would certainly make even better use of my work in predictive astrology. Many of my friends have family members involved in the conflict with Iraq. If you or a friend has someone out there and if you or your friend has access to any of the brave soldiers in Iraq you could mail or email them my newsletters and most of all, my daily forecast drturi.com/daily.html; this very act could save their lives. This conflict will take a long time and they will need all the support they can get. Prayers are very good but my work is a non-fiction and a sure translation of God’s Universal tools and they could all make good use of this knowledge for the days ahead.
How do we do it? Anyone who can help me to guide them in any way is welcome to email me with their suggestions. They will be taken in great consideration. Ignorance is evil while knowledge is power. If you are new to my work, you may have your own reasons to be skeptical. Use of Chemicals. All those young people are for the first time away from home and scared to death. More than ever they need solid direction and advice that could save their precious lives. Like the majority of the population on this world our Leaders are NOT aware of the power of the stars upon mankind. Refusing or ignoring God’s Universal rules always brings heavy penalty and in this case all the kids fighting for the very freedom of this world, need solid guidance.
Had they known about my legitimate research and read my book Moon Power 2003 (written 7/7/2002), the responsible Army or Navy authorities would have trusted my premonitions and been prepared. They would have been ready for my prediction on the negative energy that produced the worst sandstorm in the region and other weather disasters in many parts of the world and the US. Normal people do not like the word "predictions": well I DO NOT PREDICT anything… I simply know which star configurations have produced that same history or the weather pattern. In this case history had the tendency to repeat itself and I was right about that one; this is the second conflict in the region following “Desert Storm”. I also wrote months ahead of time back in July of 2002 in my Moon Power 2003 book, when the same celestial negative energy was to return to produce another shuttle disaster. I posted it all on my site for the world to see, pretty much like the WTC, and the WA sniper. The energies that caused the Kobe quake, Hurricane Andrew and ALL major news were always posted well before CNN reports any of them. See drturi.com/moonpower2002predictions.html But again and again ignorant NASA like many branches of the Government including the Army and NAVY executives, will never consider advice that is considered non-scientific. Who has or will pay the heavy price of ignorance? The taxpayers, the courageous astronauts, and the brave young soldiers are the ones paying the price.
I hate war but as I mentioned in my previous newsletter, our leaders made difficult decisions based upon the CIA and FBI reports and for national security and world peace. However I want to help, but there is not much I can do alone. If we join efforts we can make miracles happen.

Only when the celestial rules are understood and accepted as a solid discipline in our colleges and Universities, will this world realize what God is all about. Compare the following example of pilots from all over the world, using a different language and trying to maneuver their planes. Imagine for a second if all pilots above your head flew their planes with their specific and different religious books! Uranus “God of the Skies” in Greek mythology rules NASA, the FAA, the future of mankind, the new Age, the secret of the Universal Mind (astrology) computers, the WWW, and all form of electronics. It also rules the impossible, UFOs, the genius potential of men, and also the future of mankind at its worse expression; nuclear exchanges and indeed, UNIVERSAL RULES… See Japan an Aquarius / Uranus ruled nation. Yes Nagasaki and Hiroshima and the terrible sudden release of energy of this surprising planet's destructive potential was seen in action. Thus all our pilots in this example MUST speak the same language (English) to avoid chaos and death in the skies. Now you wonder why down here on this world chaos reigns? I don’t. We all speak different spiritual languages and ignore the Universal Rules. This world is so young and so fragile and man so reluctant and slow to grow spiritually.
We must learn to understand the true message of Aquarius and the awesome power of Uranus. We must overcome the negative forces of this planet and enjoy an age of great spiritual awakening, for that is the lesson of the Age of Aquarius. We must learn to accept the values and workings of Uranus upon our thought processes, thus creating our own amazing future reality complete with the incredible manifesting as a reality. We must create a universal brotherhood, where love, progress and responsibility become the ultimate goals. If we fail to recognize the awesome power of Uranus, the Aquarius age may be the last age man will live on this planet.
On March 11th 2003, the planet Uranus (the future) entered the Pisces or the past, (the fish, symbol for Christianity) ruled by Neptune or Poseidon the Lord of deception/oil/religion/imagination). Incidentally his sign rules also the Middle East where all major religions were born!
The worst of Uranus is its sudden release of energy or EXPLOSIONS and it rules nuclear energy. So do not wonder why, if your hear about lots of planes flying above the Middle East dropping bombs. Simply ask someone who really knows what’s going on! Unless our Leaders and teachers realize the importance of this lost knowledge and regain cosmic consciousness only the worst aspects of all the planets will unfold, displaying their destructive powers upon the affairs of men. What is the point of being human if we can not apply our will with intelligence, but instead suffer the ultimate hidden scheme of the universe?

Expect thousands of people to move or displaced on the window of April 8 (48 hours centering this date) where some news will mark the beginning of a new start of life for thousands of people. Then be ready for dramatic news and lots of deaths during the Full Moon in Scorpio maturing on the nefarious Tail of the Dragon on the window of April 16th, 2003. April 22, 2003 — Mars enters Aquarius: The Lord of war is now entering the explosive sign of Aquarius. On the negative side we can only expect this mixture to shake the world with real nuclear threats from foreign powers. Mother earth will stretch and restructure her insides with quakes and volcanic activities. Aeronautic accidents are high on the list too. Incredible out-of-this-world events will take place with comets, meteorites, UFOs, etc. We are living in incredible times, and we are lucky to be participants in the action. Expect New York and other US city airports to make some surprising news soon. The incredible is around the corner and will touch many of us. Have faith in governments, as mankind will have to make life and death decisions soon. A new consciousness for the entire world is slowly but surely taking place where ignorance, fear and dogma will be replaced by a higher knowledge based upon the study and understanding of God's celestial tools. April 22, 2003 — Venus enters Aries: Time to use your head not your heart in dealing with love. Aries is much too impulsive and impatient to look thoughtfully into other people values and may get hurt in the long run. On a more positive note, souls born with this celestial signature will be quite artistic and extremely magnetic. The aggressiveness and rough attitude of the Lord of War, Mars (ruler of Aries) will be toned down by his diplomatic sister Venus (planet of love). All fire signs (Leo/Sagittarius/ Aries) will see an improvement or changes in their love area. For all other signs, wherever Venus is by sign or house, expect to find money, love or happiness.
THE LEARNING CHANNEL SHOW
Many of you have seen this banner on my site for a couple of years. In 2001 Termite Art Productions with my participation produced a television show for The Learning Channel titled “Journal of the Unknown: Astrology”. This show features also other prominent astrologers such as Arch Crawford, Joan Quigley, Robert Hand, Bill Levacy, Marci Shimolf, Physicist Will Keepin and astronomer John Mosley. TLC was supposed to air this show on Astrology October 23rd, 2001 at 10PM but because of the 9/11 WTC dilemma the show was rescheduled to January 12, 2002 at 10 PM est and finally canceled. This show is one of the best programs ever produced on the science of astrology and was aired in the UK and Australia with great public response. I am sure many of you recall seeing this banner on my site.
Incidentally Termite Art Productions produced a total of 3 programs under the banner “Journal of the Unknown.” These programs looked at the fields of Astrology, Psychics and Superstition. I believe that those three subjects might have been offensive to some religious conservatives especially if they were in the position of decision making or as hidden investors. When the programs were finished, they were all slated to air. Astrology got bumped because of the 9-11 business – and we understood that it would be aired later. The program about psychics was broadcast in December of 2001. Superstition has never been aired and Astrology has never been put back in the schedule. However Europeans and Australians seem to be more advanced in matters of the spirit, and Astrology has been broadcast in both countries and the gifted producer received email from the people in those countries that have seen and liked this program. Contrary to my belief that a few “God fearing executives” or investors in the management at TLC were responsible not to air the show, the producer thinks that these programs had a very a weak Channel executive that did not lobby to have them broadcast. My assumption is well founded as many times in my career I was turned down by religious executives to produce a television or radio programs dealing with the stars because of the Christian ownership standards and values of those owning the broadcasting companies. This is completely against the first amendment and many of them got scared when reminded of the discrimination against me, and my option for legal action against their decision. But I always knew that the world is not yet ready for me or my knowledge and as any good Christian would do, I forgave their ignorance, understood their induced religious fears, and moved on to a more open minded broadcasting institution.

I will finish this newsletter by wishing you strengths and protection hoping for clemency from the nasty Dragon’s Tail in Scorpio. Because of the upcoming war our trip to France and Thailand has been cancelled but you may still sign up early and get a discount.
