Here I am again making you aware of the “2012/2013 Scorpius Draconis” cosmic impact plaguing the world and the psyches of everyone. Unconscious adults from all walks of their traditionally “educated” life of endeavors have no plausible answers to this deadly Internet phenomenon. Scorpio rules also sex and brings another question to the educational authorities wondering WHY TEEN PREGNANCY RATE IS FAR TOO HIGH IN CHICAGO and many will battle an explosion of SEXY ADDS on all major TV networks.

But depraved of Cosmic Consciousness or the understanding of the subtle working of the Universal Matrix (the Cosmic Code) 99.09% of God fearing human beings are unable to escape the trap of despair. The fact is your political, religious and educational leaders are all part and under the full control of the “The Physical / Spiritual Universal Educational Controlling Matrix” they unconsciously designed and oblige by!
I am 63 years old and as far as I can remember I was also bullied at school but the difference between me and the bully is that he picked the wrong kid and he ended up with a broken nose. 63 years later I realized that my Aries war like aggressive Dragon’s Head is part of my cosmic make up and my natal UCI was much tougher than his. To have accomplished so much in this great country, to rise from hell to heaven and did all I did in my crazy life can only be dictated by a daring cosmic mixture of valiant, courageous set of stars. Not a single human being was designed by the cosmic code (God’s will) the same way! Period!
And that is what makes me stand apart from any of my old friends still living a dull life in the small village where I was born in the South of France. No I was not born with a specific “gene” that gave me all that courage I needed to take on all the challenges leading me to so many priceless adventures. I was lucky enough to own an advanced UCI or a smarter, stronger cosmic personal matrix and I took the bull by the horns instead of letting the bull destroy me!
To beat me all day long because I could not stay still for more than 5 seconds was wrong. They could not explain nor understand my turbo charged personality (my UCI) because I was born ADHD and abusing me physically and spiritually to “discipline me never worked! The bullies were not only my classmates but also my teachers and my book “Beyond The Secret” divulges all the misery I had to endure as a child.
But I would not change anything to the tremendous pain and suffering I suffered because how would I know all about bullying or what is an ADD had I been raised with dozens of gold spoons in my mouth? Many years later I realized what ADD and what our infantile science classify as a disease is actually a serious gift from God.
I was trained, ordered by my own karma to endure such painful start in life but see where it took me? There is no difference between Daniel Perry and Hannah Smith sensitivity. They are male kids out there that are sensitive female inside and many of them are already dead, victims of homophobia, religious convictions and found suicide the only way out of their nightmare. Even as a child I was perplexed talking to a gay person but I knew beating the hell out of him (her) would not make me a better stronger man but a stupid bully.
My wild natal Aries dragon’s Head UCI allowed me to become a bully if I needed to become one and fight to protect myself, but not all kids own the same aggressive UCI. In fact I can directly relate to Trayvon Martin being bullied by George Zimmerman because it happened to me so many times as a kid, but we had no guns only writs and this is why they all lost against me. I was faster, precise and brutally dedicated to beat my bullying opponents.
I commanded respect then but it did not go to my head because I knew right from wrong and I used my authority as the top bully in town to defend anyone against any and all bullies around when I saw it. I wish I had a teacher to explain my aggressive nature then but luckily for me I did not need anyone to tell me how to direct it productively. Many times I said to Terania I wish I had the opportunity to become a boxer but the option was not there in my little village.
Then many years later I found out that George Edward Foreman and I share the same Aries Dragon’s Head. I use the same drive to build spiritually.
The male children born feminine aren’t aware of their sensitivity or gay tendencies while the male children born with a serious Martian (war) or Plutonic (power) cosmic dose are informed of their natural impulses and taught to control the cosmic fluid during puberty and STOP the bull in its tracks, to stop him growing and express itself destructively with others.
There are billions of human beings on this big rock and all of them own a Unique Celestial Identity (personal cosmic matrix) and the parents and teachers must acknowledge HOW themselves, they have been “computerized” by the Universal scheme of things. “The Physical / Spiritual Universal Educational Controlling Matrix” grid is like a thick jail where all human spirits have been produced and hijacked through their “accredited” tutoring acceptances and rules.
In a world where leaders assign themselves to religious archaic convictions and trust its infantile scientific community only extreme stupidity can plague the rest of humanity.

When stupidity reign right from the top how can you and your children not suffer the consequences? The cosmic unconscious adults can talk for ever about the bully dilemma or invest in more wasteful studies, there is no responsible gene. The answer is above in the cosmic code jurisdictions, in both the Universal and personal matrixes and how they incorporate with each others.
Those who have absolutely no clue of the working of the human psyche owns positions of power and control in the US educational system structure. They are themselves stuck into the physical matrix and have no idea of the part they play in the game of life.
Your local School district Administration like the U.S. Department of education are part of the abusive controlling matrix where those fortunes are exchanged but they are still in the same hands…What are the chances for me to get a fraction of your tax dollar?
All I can guarantee you parents is those fortunes are WASTED because all the counsellors and teachers alike, while well intentioned and dedicated do not own cosmic consciousness and can not even auto analyse themselves or understand their own personal matrix!
Meantime both, traditional and non-traditional cosmic spiritual education is a MUST for a well balanced society and by looking at the state of this world something is missing and very wrong! The controlling educational matrix is very strong, look at their powerful structure and the President himself is cosmic unconscious and part of the problem we face with the children education “Obama waste $100M to unlock mysteries of the brain.“
Before or during the mastering of geology, geometry, mathematics, history, English etc. ALL THE KIDS WANT AND NEED TO KNOW IS WHO THE HELL THEY ARE, WHERE THEY COME FROM AND WHERE THEY ARE GOING PRIMARILY! The problem is far from being complicated but the US educational system is not allowing to fix this problem because they need your tax dollar to survive, exchange hands to feed THEIR CONTROLLING EDUCATIONAL MATRIX and could not care less about your children psychical welfare.

Today’s world do not need much to be taught and to move away from God because the Virgo “Baby Busters” cold, critical, born scientists born OCD generation is already moving to power. No one was there to build their own cosmic consciousness and they all know intuitively religion is the cancer of humanity. No one has been there to teach them a different perception of a God cosmic presence. All they know about the stars and the Universe is NASA own matrix and the scientists’ intellectual rational legacy not realizing their logical UCI curses them all away from perceiving the subtlety involving the archetypal realm of consciousness.
Properly spiritually educated this generation can bypass their high critical logical cosmic make up blinding them to the glory of a God they can not see or touch. There is no doubt in my mind if I was allowed to reach and speak to those children and their parents, their acute logical intellect would acknowledge the marvelous splendorous reality and cosmic forces at work.
I am not religious at all, I did not sell my soul to the deceptive Neptunian cosmic energy that translate into man’s folly building 875 different religions battling to the death for supremacy for the last 2000 years. I can not agree more with this generation because the controlling traditional religious Vatican religious matrix did more damage than good to humanity.
But this does not mean this generation has to distance itself from God’s cosmic reality and how he speaks his will through the Zodiac. Is the cosmic work of all erudite men from all disappeared civilizations a total waste time or is there something invaluable to gain from such a rare wisdom? Give this generation the solid archaeological reality and watch them all turn around by asking more crucial questions. These kids are far from being stupid and their critical thinking need the FACTS and not archaic religious nonsense.
Building and maintaining both the physical and spiritual energies well balanced is what is missing and badly needed and when this is established the bullies will upgrade, graduate spiritually and become sophisticated, educated, sensitive human beings.
So much fortunes have been wasted with nothing to shine for the US educational system, nothing has and nothing will work if God’s cosmic presence is ridicule or ignored.
