Paul N. Haggerty, a dedicated public servant of over half a century, passed away unexpectedly and peacefully on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at his home in Lyndhurst. Paul, who was better known as “Haggs” by everyone.
Dear reader,
Two days ago, under a deadly plutonic window that always affects the police directly, we lost a very good friend and one of my top supporters. His name was Paul Haggerty. Upon receiving the sad news, our hearts melted in pain because we had a close relationship for years and communicated often on so many topics. While we never met physically, our relationship was pure and based upon true love and respect.
Paul officially began his career as a police officer with the Lyndhurst Police Department in 1982, and he rose through the ranks, where he retired as Captain in 2012. Paul remained an active member with the township’s fire department and held the position of Emergency Management Coordinator at the time of his passing.
Paul was a very smart, curious man, eager to learn and teach everyone any form of laws, including laws involving God’s cosmic design. While Paul was a very religious man, he was also a true and curious investigator, endlessly seeking knowledge!
He respected, honored, and knew the importance of my work and Nostradamus’s Divine Astrology teachings! Something he fully endorsed publicly, knowing my warnings could save countless police officers’ lives.

Yes, one of those officer’s from Jersey City Police, NJ are a cousin to one of my own brother officers, on the Lyndhurst Police Dept, NJ, who I have been best friends with him & his wife for years. His CAT scan as of today says his brain is dead. But he is breathing on his own.
Also, another NJ Police Officer, from the Hasbrouck Heights Police Dept, is in serious condition, after being run over, while doing a traffic detail, on NJ Route 17, since a new fast food place was opened, which is a Sonic Restaurant. Reports now, doctors are saying that this officer may not be able to walk again. PS – I know that you always look out for the law enforcement officers, on certain dates, and all of the dates that you give out, NJ seem to have casualties of police officers. NJ has been very hot with all of this negative energy, the last few months. I do spread your words to my officers on a daily basis, but not all listen. I’m hoping for a promotion to Captain sometime this summer.

My wish since 1995 was to teach the police all about God’s cosmic design and warn them all about those deadly windows that could end their precious lives… But Paul and I soon realized the obstacles are real and still impenetrable regardless of all our efforts…
I could feel his frustration as he often reposted and pointed out the sad results of my SOS to the world, Deadly Windows! He fearlessly mentioned my hits privately and also on social media. Paul was not afraid of being ridiculed and knew my UFOs’ predictive legacy was legit!
I have had many personal Zoom meetings doing readings for many police officers in my long career, and all shared the same beliefs and support as Paul. Paul was a dedicated police officer, a caring humanitarian soul who spent his life teaching, saving lives, and warning everyone about the dangers of fires.
I took special pride and will never forget his words, ” Louis, you would have been a perfect police officer partner driving around with me, enforcing the law!” He sent me stickers, which have been on the back of my SUV for years, and I will cherish them in his memory forever…
God bless your soul, dear friend, we will meet again with God in Paradise, where you are still watching over all the people you loved and cared for while you were alive…
It is an honor for me to share Paul’s stars and fate and his Divinity publicly in the video above and explain why he became a cop and why he was not only a religious man but also extremely spiritual…
Indeed, Paul’s life and fate were written light by God himself, and I am proud to have opened the door for him to realize a new set of laws; he was, like us all, enslaved to uncover… And he did!

The third house of Leo is Libra, represented by scales. And Libra represents the establishing of rules to be followed. And, as you both know, the third house represents mind/thought/communication,
Anyway, I wanted to share my ah-ha! moment with you both. This really helped validate for me that France is indeed a Leo country, beyond just knowing because DT said it was. I mean, the literal scales of measurement are the scales of Libra, which came about through the thoughts of the great thinkers of France! Wow.
Then of course I started thinking about the fourth house under Scorpio… the espionage (literally a French word) that was used to help provide safety and security for France during the world wars (French resistance protecting the “Home”land of all the French people, and in other words the collective “Family” of the French people).
