Dear Hasan and team, I’m writing in response to a conversation that popular platforms have already initiated on UFOs and Astrology, which warrants a more thorough examination. Countless interviews with Neil deGrasse Tyson about those subjects were engaging and sharply articulated.

His critique of UFOs and astrology as pseudoscience reflected a widely held scientific position. Why not ask someone who truly knows the matter? At the same time, Tyson presented a definitive conclusion on a subject that has historically occupied a more complex intellectual and psychological space. There is a guest who offers a direct and substantive counterpoint, Dr. Louis Turi.

Dr. Turi is a French-born astropsychologist who has spent over four decades developing a system he calls Astropsychology. He does not attempt to position his work within conventional scientific frameworks, nor does he accept its dismissal as pseudoscience.
