First and foremost, I want to clarify that I am not criticizing any of my colleagues; I am simply responding to another request. Just as I have previously addressed figures such as George Noory, Oral Roberts, Ted Haggard, James Ray, Sean Morton, David Icke, Richard Hoagland, Tiger Woods, John Hogue, and others, I aim to educate my readers about claims that Mr. David Wilcock is the reincarnation of Edgar Cayce.
While David is understandably focused on succeeding in his own field of expertise, my aim is to expose David’s UCI, or his “cosmic” nature, as I perceive it through the art and science of Astropsychology.
This exploration will help readers better understand David’s claims and the direction of his career. Although he is successful, David is also traditionally educated, well-read, and possesses a wise perspective in his area of expertise.
I welcome both positive and negative feedback regarding my work from him or anyone else. However, I have learned over the years that those who are not attuned to cosmic consciousness typically do not engage with me when it comes to discussing the unfiltered truth—much like other speakers in the UFO community.

Mastering the cosmic code also involves becoming a precise detector of human character and understanding the various “accidents” that can lead to an endless stream of news. Being cosmically conscious means being able to understand why people behave the way they do or say seemingly ridiculous things.
My goal is to introduce you to the Cosmic Code jurisdictions or God’s Cosmic Identity. Science has not only lost its spirit but has also forgotten that humans are made of more than just bones, blood, and flesh. Every individual possesses a karmic UCI, or Unique Celestial Identity, which is what makes us uniquely different from one another.
As I’ve mentioned before, those who are well-read on the UFO phenomenon and the cosmos are often not cosmically conscious. Let me explain:
A non-cosmic conscious teacher can only rely on their traditionally “educated” rationale, offering plausible and intelligible answers that address the rational side of the issue.
However, just like a coin has two sides, there is an equivalent spiritual explanation for every question. This physical and spiritual manifesto works in tandem, and I am focusing on the latter. The scientific community, atheists, agnostics, skeptics, and “young souls” are often unwilling or unable to engage with this deeper spiritual side because their own over-rational UCI lacks a significant dose of “spiritual” depth.
In many cases, the lack of spiritual values leads to a one-sided, purely rational exploration of the Universe. This narrow perspective on a cosmic entity, devoid of any spiritual dimension, is readily challenged by those with heightened intuitive intelligence (or advanced UCI).
Just because certain singular disciplines are taught and accepted by the majority does not mean they are true. I am committed to challenging old ways of thinking by presenting science with the opportunity to acknowledge my well-documented and repeatedly validated predictions. There is much more to existence than what the scientific community often perceives, and we must all accept that life is a continuous process of change.
Change is not always easy, nor is it a priority—particularly when significant investments are tied to the prevailing scientific or religious educational frameworks that monopolize the market. Today’s curious public needs individuals like me to help uncover the truth about the cosmos as a universal spiritual entity inhabited by various extraterrestrial populations in distant solar systems.
Beware: those who claim to be experts in their fields are often the least knowledgeable about the subjects they teach. Many attempt to convince themselves and others that they possess the absolute truth. If you lack cosmic awareness, you may not have the necessary insight to evaluate my claims. A true prophet should always provide you with the opportunity to verify their gift, while others may not be as trustworthy. Many so-called astrologers, mediums, and psychics often rely on elaborate language and a vivid imagination without any concrete evidence to support their claims. It’s essential to use logic when evaluating such individuals.
As I mentioned earlier, the truth can be painful and is not meant to please everyone. I invite anyone to “investigate” my work and expose it to public scrutiny. So far, I have received more endorsements than the fabricated negative stories that have circulated about me.

DT Rebuttal: As I’ve mentioned many times, “a magnet will not attract a piece of wood.” This analogy highlights the scientific connection between Richard Hoagland (a former NASA consultant) and David Wilcock’s intellectual pursuits in various NASA-related scientific topics.
I can’t say the same about my relationship with Hoagland, as I operate on a much higher spiritual level than he does. However, we do share mutual respect for our intellectual differences. To put it simply, while Hoagland represents a logical perspective and offers practical insights—what I would describe as “selling real carrots and potatoes”—I focus on more cosmic themes, like dreams and horoscopes. Our respective audiences, clients, and acquaintances differ significantly, which underscores our human experience.
Interestingly, although many people assume I am a psychic, I consider myself more logical and practical than they realize. Few know that I use the same type of software that NASA employs to make my predictions, analyzing world events, individual behaviors, and fate.
I don’t intend to be harsh in my critique of specific individuals that fate has brought into my life. However, I must point out a significant error in David’s thinking: he claims that certain concepts directly affect our DNA. While that notion is intriguing, there is also the concept of “spiritual DNA,” or an inborn karmic Unique Cosmic Identity (UCI), which interacts with our physical brain. I plan to delve deeper into David’s complex, logical, and spiritual psyche later, particularly his personal background.
It’s worth noting that David was a VIP for a long time and still follows my work closely, especially when it pertains to him. Like any of my students, he has learned a great deal about cosmic consciousness from my Cosmic Cyber University. However, I eventually removed him from my circle after he dismissed me from his Facebook pages, which I consider a conflict of interest.
Indeed, his information and “cosmic” teachings often resemble mine, and he, like David Icke, will likely never acknowledge my name or achievements for reasons that are quite clear.
Furthermore, there is no psychic connection between living human beings based solely on DNA. In reality, science links you primarily to your genealogy and family members on a physical level only. It’s important to recognize that many individuals are victims of the scientific education system, which often relies on financial support from the public for initiatives like the Mars One mission.
In truth, your closest family members may, “mentally speaking,” feel like your biggest strangers. Although you may share physical similarities with your loved ones, you will never think, behave, believe, feel, learn, trust, react, or communicate in the same way as your siblings or parents.
Far from it, and I’m certain you can agree with me on that! In fact, just last night, I accidentally stumbled upon a religiously charged Glen Beck discussing the passing of his father and how mentally distant he feels from his family members.
Can you believe this guy owns a significant portion of the media? The chances of me educating him on concepts like God, cosmic consciousness, and his personal Unique Cosmic Identity (UCI) on his own syndicated radio show are zero!
The spiritual differences among us arise from our individual Unique Cosmic Identities (UCI), which reflect our distinct spiritual natures. This is due to the vastly different aspects of the Universal Mind that influence our subconscious minds. If you find yourself arguing with someone, it’s likely because you weren’t born on the same day, at the same time, and in the same location under the exact same stars. Even in the case of twins, if they share those same birth circumstances, they will never have the exact same physical experiences after birth.
This unique structure is embedded within the Universal Mind as part of our inherited karmic makeup (the UCI). However, when people mistakenly believe that planets are merely cold, lifeless rocks devoid of any spiritual significance, we risk being trapped in today’s version of science, which is often led by overeducated individuals who think they know better than Einstein.

We will not solve the problems of the world from the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. Unfortunately, Richard and David, like 99.09% of the people on this earth, have yet to elevate their perspectives to understand a spiritual cosmos (and a cosmic God) that I would love to teach the world about on television. For now, though, the TV series *Cosmos* will have to suffice.
Therefore, it is essential to read about Richard’s scientific UCI in *The Stars and Fate of Richard Charles Hoagland*, published on August 1, 2010, to fully appreciate the facts of his psychic makeup.
David and I are both Pisces, a sign known for its natural aptitude for astral projection and remote viewing. I can’t count the number of times I found myself floating outside my body as a child. So, don’t assume that Nostradamus, Cayce, David, or I are exceptions; there are billions of people with a significant Neptune influence in their charts!
Keep in mind that you could be born under any Zodiac sign and still experience astral projection! You might attribute this psychic ability to your moon sign, your rising sign, or perhaps your hidden influences in Pisces. This is my area of expertise, and you’ll come to appreciate my Pisces/Aquarius perceptive nature as you explore the similarities between David and Edgar Cayce.
The End Of The World Nonsense!
I had never heard David’s commentaries on Coast to Coast with George Noory before; I am usually too busy writing for the world. However, if you ever depict a “doom and gloom” scenario or anything religious, then you are dealing with a Neptunian. Regurgitating Bible quotes and apocalyptic fears reveals a soul lost and completely unaware of the power of the supra-conscious in time and space, as well as the workings of the Cosmic Code. In fact, this type of soothsayer or ghoul is very dangerous for the survival of humanity and is a significant hindrance to our progressive psychological welfare.
Years ago, I heard Richard Hoagland affirm, based on his reliable scientific sources, that a HUGE building and a gas explosion were imminent from the seabed of the Gulf of Mexico. This occurred during the oil spill crisis that was widely discussed on Coast to Coast! Did this explosion happen? Thankfully, it did not.
On the same national show, which is heard by millions, did you pay attention when I told George, “I trust human genius to fix this problem?” If bets were placed between trusting science or Dr. Turi’s predictions, who would have won on this one, as well as on many of my past predictions?
Like any other famous “talking heads,” we are all subject to criticism, and that is the price one pays for facing an often ill-informed public. The question is, are you ready to confront and digest the truth? Now, if you were Hoagland or Wilcock, how would you feel reading such vitriol online?
“Hogland is now trying to convince everyone that the Alaska plane crash was a murder, telling people to listen to Art Bell when he couldn’t get on. David Wilcock also claimed it was a murder without any facts to back it up. He asserted that all you need are three nine-volt batteries to achieve teleportation. Wilcock is also behind the fake torsion field theory, which was proven to be a hoax in Russia. We need to put all these fakes out of business.”
Without gloating, I correctly predicted this accident down to the very day and explained the cosmic reasons behind it in my Cosmic Code newsletter. However, not many people in the general public were aware of the active Supernova window at that time, or chose to subscribe to the Cosmic Code to read my warnings. I specifically advised all of our VIPs about the significant “cosmic chances” of being involved in an air accident, but unfortunately, not many members of the general public regularly read my VIP newsletters.
Memo: A private plane carrying a former head of NASA and, former Sen. Ted Stevens crashed Monday night in a rugged stretch of Alaska. The crash left at least five people dead, and crews have arrived to help survivors. EADS North America said its chief executive officer, Sean O’Keefe, a former head of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, was a passenger on the aircraft.

If you have to trust someone doing predictions on the radio and offer you SOLID PROOF AFTER THE PREDICTIONS, make sure it sounds like this… or like this one with Art Bell back in 1995?
I am not a doom-sayer and refuse to participate in the many apocalyptic television shows that reference Nostradamus or the year 2012. Those programs often feature talking heads who lack true cosmic consciousness and a genuine understanding of Nostradamus’ work and astrological insights. While some claim to hold prophetic scientific views, where are the results and evidence to support their publicized predictions?

At age 7, David read his first full-length adult paperback book about ESP, entitled How to Make ESP Work for You, by Harold Sherman. He conducted successful telepathic experiments with his friends, and demonstrated repeated psychic accuracy while still in second grade, culminating in a classroom demonstration of his abilities. DT Rebuttal: David should read my book, “The Power of the Dragon,” and recognize that he was born with a Cancer Dragon’s Tail, which is associated with negative traits. This aspect of the dragon highlights many past life experiences as a shy, sensitive, caring, and insecure female.
This connection explains why David had to endure emotional struggles during his upbringing following his parents’ separation, and it may lead him to seek comfort in food. All individuals with a Cancer Dragon’s Tail tend to experience this, often feeling like a balloon—much like Oprah Winfrey, who faces an ongoing battle with weight and food due to water retention in her cells.

DT Rebuttal: If the soul passes all its tests and resolves enough karma, there is no need to return to this dense physical world to redo any work. Humans are the cosmic legacy, embodying the pure essence of stars. We all exist, often without awareness, within the vastness of the Universe, uniquely reflected in each individual’s Universal Cosmic Identity (UCI), which governs every human being. However, what do our scientific community and NASA truly understand about the jurisdictions of the Cosmic Code or the complexities of the human UCI?
David later graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a BA in Psychology and a Master’s equivalent in experience from his internship at a suicide hotline, completing his formal education at age 22. David’s “graduate studies” with Higher Intelligence had already begun at age 20, with him fully reading and absorbing an average of 3 metaphysical books per week; he integrated over 300 metaphysical titles between 1993 and 1995.
David’s Internet research began in 1996, and soon replaced books as the predominant medium of study. Though Internet writing is often lower in quality than published books, it also contains much that cannot be found in libraries and bookstores, and the search functions are irreplaceable. We now have nine feet worth of books from printed website articles, which David organized with a binding machine. This massive archive has spawned all three CONVERGENCE books published freely on this site, with book III, Divine Cosmos, being the most sophisticated in content and in writing style – hence the new name of the website.
This archive also spawned Part III of “The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?” and the material for a trilogy of CONVERGENCE films – and we’re still only using a small portion of what we uncovered, though we do feel it is the BEST portion – the most inspiring and scientifically sound.
DT Rebuttal: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and equivalent experience from an internship at a suicide hotline? Obtaining advanced degrees often does not provide the keys to understanding the complexity of what it means to be human. In fact, it can have the opposite effect; a rational University of California, Irvine (UCI) education cannot address the spiritual aspects of existence.
A lengthy education does not necessarily make someone more intelligent; it may simply enhance their ability to recall memorized information. Those who think outside the box and challenge you to step outside your scientific or religious comfort zone, as I do, demonstrate true ingenuity.

This placement explains why he is a natural scientist and collects books as a form of “safety.” He embodies the characteristics of a professional student, driven by a significant fear of not knowing enough. This feeling of mental inferiority made him shy and insecure while growing up, leading him to transition from consuming “hard food” to focusing on “spiritual food” in an effort to build his self-esteem through accumulated wisdom. Thankfully, books don’t make anyone fat.
Remember my earlier words: “A magnet will not attract a piece of wood”? In his own struggle with suicidal thoughts, David “attracted” an internship position at a suicide hotline. Additionally, Richard Hoagland shares the same Dragon Head and Tail on the Capricorn/Cancer axis as David, which explains their connection with each other and with NASA.
David embodies the most logical, rational, and calculated traits typical of the book-loving, engineering-minded sign of the zodiac. He is consistently guided by his fortunate Capricornian attributes, enabling him to climb the ladder of success. David is very conventional, well-read, intelligent, and a born scientist.

The text highlights the mental similarities and obvious attraction between two rational souls. An intriguing aspect of David’s astrological chart is the conflict between his Mercury, which represents the mind, located in the imaginative sign of Pisces, and his rational Capricorn ascendant. DNA (the physical) and UCI (the spiritual) are in total opposition to one another and cannot be duplicated or inherited. While there may be millions of people who resemble Elvis, their physical similarities are unrelated to spiritual inheritance.

When the majority of people reading my work do not possess Cosmic Consciousness, how can they grasp my claims or understand the Cosmic Code rules? It’s akin to asking for directions while lost in the middle of Beijing, speaking Spanish to a blind Russian man who happens to be deaf; that is my dilemma.
For David to compare photos of himself to Edgar Cayce is reminiscent of me claiming I want to be Nostradamus. I have never publicly pretended to be Nostradamus because the only thing we have in common is the beautiful, sunny South of France—La Provence—and the same stars shining above when we both arrived in this world.
There is no reason or need to impersonate anyone else. We are all unique beings in our own right, endowed at birth with great gifts that deserve to be expressed. Like Edgar Cayce, some people may stumble upon their gifts, while others may need to work a bit harder to uncover their divinely granted cosmic potential. This is the difference between me and other Neptunian “spiritual anointed” individuals—it’s simply ridiculous to compare us!
Consider the remarkable synchronicity between Edgar Cayce’s and David Wilcock’s natal charts: virtually all inner planets occupy the same positions in both, with meaningful aspects among the outer planets. When you also factor in their strikingly similar facial features, soul purpose, and psychic ability, “chance” or “coincidence” does not hold up.
DT Rebuttal: Trust me, this is MY expertise. There are neither synchronisms nor any astrological resemblances between David Wilcock and Edgar Cayce. Meanwhile, his Pisces Sun speaks to his obvious intuitive nature, with his drive to teach the masses fueled by his 10th house (career) in Sagittarius (the teacher).
This situation resembles an “essay” I wrote about my now ex-friend, Sean David Morton (RIP). It covered topics such as American Greed, Sylvia Browne, Montel Williams (God bless her soul), and the utterly unhinged Patti Stanger from the Millionaire’s Club.
The only similarity between Edgar and David is that they both share the same Pisces Sun, which reflects their soul’s purpose. This indicates that both must learn about the traits of being a Pisces, navigate the intangible subconscious, and strive toward the cosmic consciousness where they reside among the stars.
David’s Mercury, which represents mental processes, is also in Pisces. This placement suggests that his imagination can easily overshadow his reality. Additionally, with Venus in benevolent Pisces, David naturally displays kindness. The most significant elements in David’s chart are the natal inherited and hidden dignified Dragons in Pisces, a trait he shares with Edgar Cayce, Nostradamus, Madame Blavatsky, and H.W. Percival, among others.
However, David’s natal Dragon in Capricorn (similar to Richard Hoagland) is much stronger and reflects a more NASA scientist-like approach to life, focusing on status and notoriety as a New York Times bestseller. In the meantime, he is far from possessing the genuine ability to tap into the archetypal realm of supra-consciousness and share true cosmic wisdom with others. But again, unless you learn the trade yourself, you may make assumptions about my work and me based on your own unique critical insight.
America’s most accurate and documented psychic was Edgar Cayce, the “sleeping prophet”. There are numerous indications that David Wilcock is connecting with the same source of information that supplied Edgar Cayce with his data and may well in fact be his reincarnation. This article introduces you to David Wilcock, the story of his work and the main philosophies of this site.
DT Rebuttal: That is entirely impossible because the main ingredient, the natal Pisces Dragon’s Head, and other spiritual planetary aspects are absent from David’s karmic Unique Celestial Identity (UCI). The source of intuitiveness comes from the 12th house, which regulates the subconscious. In this house, David has Jupiter—the teacher and philosopher—in the sign of Aquarius, a sign that represents astrology, astropsychology, UFOs, NASA, computers, and the Internet, all situated in his 11th house of wishes and friendships.
If David can set his ego aside, cultivate genuine cosmic consciousness, and stop identifying solely with Edgar Cayce’s visionary gift, he could master the Cosmic Code and unlock limitless potential. But the question remains: is he interested in maturing and swimming upstream alongside an older fish?
Like me, David was born with Jupiter (the teacher/philosopher) in Aquarius (connected to the Internet, UFOs, etc.), and it is no coincidence that both of us found our way to Gaiam TV. Unfortunately, fate dealt a cruel hand: one of my fiercest internet adversaries is the producer at that station, effectively ending the opportunity George offered me to teach the world all the cosmic secrets. I believe God has a plan, and that is all there is to it.
Our respective worldwide audience for reading and learning is growing exponentially every day. I stand by my assertion that “you will never find the golden keys to the Universe with Cosmos or any teachers lacking cosmic consciousness.”

David was also tasked by Richard C. Hoagland to upgrade his interplanetary climate change research to a whole new level, and this necessitated a relieving end to the basement labor by the beginning of April. Up until the Hoagland initiative, David had relied heavily on the work of Russian Dr. Aleskey Dmitriev’s studies to argue that our entire solar system was rapidly becoming brighter, hotter and more energetic. Hoagland insisted that all Russian data needed to be thrown out for the purposes of skeptical Western scientists, and every point needed to be argued from a direct NASA study.
DT Rebuttal: Let’s use common sense: has Edgar Cayce ever consulted with scientists of his time for answers? He didn’t need to; like me, he had the answers deeply rooted in his subconscious and knew how to use them to benefit others.
This again proves that the main scientific figures, David and Richard, both share a connection that leads them to their “NASA” scientific relationship. When the Sun and the stars are perceived merely as lifeless cosmic bodies in our solar system, there’s no way for me to convey the spiritual significance of these celestial entities.
Scientists are notorious for fiercely competing for answers they are all enslaved to uncover, yet they will never find them unless they reconnect with the essence of the planets. As Albert Einstein once said:
“If you make people think they’re thinking, they’ll love you; but if you really make them think, they’ll hate you. The two most common elements in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity. The stars are the elixir of life! All great spirits have encountered opposition from mediocre minds.”
In my view, who cares about the Sun dying in a few million years? My concern is today, as I know how to discern the spirit of those stars and read the warning signs. Those stars are ageless, the universe is endless, and who cares who will win debates about us cooking in a few billion years?
None of those mental elites will be here then to debate their misguided pride in being “educated”! Venus is far too hot (around 400 degrees), and Mars is too distant and cold to be habitable.
I have better things to do on Earth between now and then. I’d rather focus on teaching humanity how God communicates His divinity and make good use of the spiritual essence of all those stars.
We should stop wasting taxpayer dollars on the scientific and religiously controlling educational systems. They are all psychologically breeding their “educated” kind to live a selected privileged scientific life at your expense.

The first complete volume of Convergence was posted on March 8, 1999, on Wilcock’s 26th birthday. The second volume was completed in late 2000, the first volume was largely rewritten in 2001, and the third and most important volume, Divine Cosmos, was completed in April 2002. In September of 1997, David was told in a consciously induced OBE to move to Virginia Beach, Virginia. As soon as David arrived in Virginia Beach, many A.R.E. people recognized him as the spitting image of a young Edgar Cayce.

Then, in November of 1997, after considerable speculation from self and others, David confronted his Source directly about the possibility of having been Edgar Cayce in a past life. The source said that “in short, the answer is yes… and with this knowledge comes great responsibility”, and other than the start of the channeling itself, this was by far the greatest surprise of David’s entire life. It was extremely difficult for him to accept this, but the readings insisted that he talk about it with others and spread the word. They also insisted that he either begin doing readings professionally and publish books for free online, or he would completely lose his ability.
DT Rebuttal: This is a very noble gesture, offering books for free, David. I have been doing this since 1991, when I first got published. After all, wisdom must be shared. However, how can I remain gentle and respectful toward David’s vivid imagination?
It is crucial for me to explain that by “exposing” David’s UCI (Unique Celestial Identity), his stars, fate, and inner spirit, I am actually doing him a favor. As a Pisces, he possesses the gift of divination. There are no accidents when one of my readers asks me to reveal their UCI, but what is the purpose of doing so publicly?
I do not choose anyone; I simply respond to people’s requests to introduce my readers to Astropsychology. My intention is to explain how the cosmic code operates and how the stars influence David’s psyche.
I hold no bitterness or hostility toward Richard, David, or anyone else (except for a few). My mission to free humankind from fears and cosmic ignorance is crucial to humanity.
