This full moon bright light will also attract the wondering eyes of billions of cosmic unconscious human beings who can not make a good use of her whereabouts in the belt of the zodiac. In fact the demonic rays of many past full moons took the lives of so many unlucky souls and working / living in harmony with her eternal voyage through the signs is a sure sign of protection many wise souls like us are aware and make a good use of…

Tombstone AZ – A trip Into The Past

We took the 3 hours drive going East on HWY 10 talking about our experience 2 days ago with some friends living in Tucson who invited us to join them all to revive the past. Yes this mercury retrograde brings a lot from the past offering you the opportunity to catch up instead of becoming instinct from the cherished memories.

Many of my good friends, including Jim Rodger and his new wife was there and we spoke, laugh and recall the so many predictions offered back in 2009 to his audience on his many TV shows.  These souls are part of my life and we pray God to keep them all healthy and happy…

 We made it safely to Tombstone faithfully following the Hummer GPS all the way to the Court House we decided to visit first!

As we walked inside the old building we both felt dragged into the past, the smell, the size, the collected artefacts were speaking tons to us from all the spirits that, once upon a time  used them daily…

There I took a picture of the most wanted pretty woman in the world…

In fact I took so many pictures that it will be impossible for me to post them all here but I picked those I think will interest the reader…  Things we take for granted such as toothache today would have been a nightmare for those folks then looking at the tools that were used on them…

There were so many rooms and so much material to read and see and Terania caught me on this one with a bunch of bad guys, This place is haunted to the extreme and it must be fun to sleep one night in this building .

Terania and I are into metal detecting and doing so in Tombstone would be finding lots of good relics and rare coins…. May be we will do just that once given the permission and submit all findings to the museum?

Edward Lawrence Schieffelin  was born in with his natal Dragon’s Tail in the daring wild sign of Aries and was a born a daring warrior. His Dragon’s Head (luck) was located in the sign of Libra (Law/contract) and with his signature “selling his claim” made him a very rich man.  He died at the age of 50 witch is quite an advanced age for this dangerous time period. The goal was uncovering the so many rich AZ metal and silver.

While Ed Schieffelin‘s claim sold for $300.000 the town prospered from about 1877 to 1890, during which the town’s mines produced USD $40 to $85 million in silver bullion, the largest productive silver district in Arizona. Its population grew from 100 to around 14,000 in less than 7 years. It is most-well known as the site of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral and today draws most of its revenue from tourism.

Terania was caught drinking water and ice and brought to jail where she will spend 2 minutes with the kids looking at an outlaw disturbing the peace for drunkenness and pose for her husband…

Yes its Dr. Turi in the picture… Looks like this full moon in Sagittarius (maturing on my rising) forced me to become a part of the famous Gun Fight At The OK Coral! I was asked to join the bandits actors and shoot one of them…

I had so much fun being a direct part of history and killing the “bad guy!” He missed me as I hide away behind a barrel and the audience was applauding and enjoying the show…

What are the chances for me to be asked to join the action? guess what it was all written in the stars for that day because this Sagittarius (wild/cowboys) Full Moon matured on my rising. But again this type of information will make no sense to the born atheists, agnostics, and envious sceptics alike who have nothing else to do than try hard to hurt my integrity…

HE IS DEAD! I WON I WAS FASTER!

May be I was there once upon a time??? From there we moved on and took a long walk through Tombstone streets… Everything buildings, every places we walked to spoke to us of a time long gone…

 Right at this intersection 70 people meet with their death still wearing their booths and many more were hanged not too far away. Indeed a place you you should visit if like us you decided to live Arizona for Florida.

A trip in this carriage is simply unforgivable and a must just to realize how those people felt while travelling through the desert! But gee but am I glad I’ll go back to Phoenix in my air conditioned Hummer in less than 3 hours? 184 Miles / 296 Km – 2 hours 48 mins.

We visited so many places and Terania stomach started to rumble, it was time for me to take her to  ”Big  Noze Kate’ Saloon” a much cooler place to enjoy a cold drink –

Then after  her first drink, I caught her in an obvious unfaithful act right in my face…

Yes my soul mate was planning to be unfaithful with the most popular, handsome, dangerous, sexy cowboy in the saloon… She stood up and went straight to dance with this attractive cowboy stranger!

But the man heard of Dr. Turi early KILL at the OK Coral and began to turn the gun on his head ! He knew he had no chance against me, when I stopped him and said I was forgiving him and his whiskey! In fact this gentleman was the piano player in the bar and he is a damn good musician.

Indeed a day Terania and I will not forget and happily shared it with you readers… Remember as a VIP you will travel with us, share our experiences and learn a lot in all our future “cosmic  trips.”

James Gandolfini was born with the Dragon’s Tail (negative) in Aquarius (television) cursing his 6th house of health and work. Virgo is known to OVER work and when the tail of the dragon is in the house of servicing the world it put a serious stress on its owner. While the famous man was making millions per show he was very unhappy  and forced by the Hollywood  legal hyenas (real Mafioso) who contracted him to work himself to death…

Much like Michael Jackson did where taking drugs to perform and taking drugs to sleep became a necessity that finally took his life. Being forced for years into doing the same type of work on television does not allow for regeneration as the endless exposure to high technology added to the drugs finally messed up  his heart.

Remember being rich and famous does not mean happiness and like so many others celebrities James Gandolfini  “subconsciously” wanted out because he had NO other way out. Virgo (The Virgin Mary) cosmic fluid is far from the  rough deadly Mafioso killer character persona he played for years and this sign is simple, shy and self effacing…  In fact Virgo regenerate with work but too much fame and notoriety is for King Leo fated to experience the stage and fame . i.e. Obama  and not always good for certain feminine sign like Virgo.

This is why it is so important for all human beings to “check” on their natal UCI before chasing a career that would kill them well before its their time. Dying rich and famous at 51 years old is not worth Hollywood glittering because the wealthy, uncompromising, greedy entertainment bosses and their  lawyers are still alive and will enjoy a much longer life.  Neptune deceptive energy rules Hollywood and all forms of arts and you better be informed for if you lack cosmic consciousness your natal or hidden dragon will KILL you.

I am 63 years old, Gandolfini  was 51, all the fame and wealth of the world means nothing to me or anyone if they are dead, and while I already outlived many famous kids I will be around for many more years to come warning you of the cosmic code jurisdictions and teach you what it really means to be human…. Science has so much to learn and gain from my 63 years uncovering and teaching Astropsychology but my work is not for the feeble minded who think they know better than  me!

It is only when the student is ready that the real teacher will appear! It is not with religions nor philosophy alone that this world new thought process will change, but with solid cosmic education. THE NEW POLICE STATE? YOURS IS NEXT!

 Dear Readers;

I always teach my students to pay attention to any omens, especially when they are repetitive. While I am trying to reach the cities of Scottsdale  and Surprise authorities, its Mayor and local police many of its residents may found themselves in my situation and something must be done for the well being of the entire community.

I remember the days when I used to live in Scottsdale, I loved it because it is such a classy beautiful city but is the Arid Zone (Arizona) too hot and becoming a police state for us all? My story and feelings are probably shared by thousands of residents suffering the same abuse of power.

It all started with a benevolent church trip to a local lake where I was asked to use my speed boat for underprivileged kids. Then a cop penalized me because one of the parents did not fit his child with the proper size life jacket. This was totally out of my control  and with all the excitements of the day my thoughts were to make sure all the kids had a great time.   The other seven kids were properly and safely fitted while the youngest ones’ life vest was a bit too big for its tiny body.  I was upset because, as a responsible human being, I did not foresee the possibility of endangering the life of a child because all the adults involved were more concerned of making sure all the kids had their chance of having a good day and they were hundreds of them waiting for their turn on the beach.

Gee I thought this cop had nothing to do than to stop me today, knowing my precious cargo I was using less of half of the capability of my speed boat, in fact I was going quite slow for some of the more daring kids and they made sure I knew about it. Regardless of their many requests for more speed and excitement  I keep my boat on a very safe low speed when the cop stopped me. Probably the reason why he was able to see the endangered kid’s life vest…

*Updated correctly –  Knowing I had a clean driving record I applied for the “Driving School” option and a few days later ended up doing a “Boat  Safety Course” I got my certificate mail it to the DMV and I was in the clear again with my driving record and that was that… Note I own my speed boat for 8 years now and never got a single infraction on the water…

A few weeks later I decided to take a road trip with my wife when a series of big flashes caught my eyes going pass the city of Surprise.  I was following the traffic speed on HWY 60 towards Wickenburg, the road was wide and clear but me and a few others got caught speeding.  I never drove there before and unlike all the locals I did not know about the electronic trap the local government set up there.

Again remember if you are local chances are you will NOT be caught but if you happen to drive trough you WILL make the same mistake thousands of other people did! Live cops are much too expansive, thus you are fair game to them and THEY NEED YOUR MONEY TO SURVIVE! You like it or not, its only GOOD business for them and the electronics bought with your  taxes are a great lasting investment…  A few days later I realized I was 10 miles above the speed limit and was fined over $200.

For years before these incidents I had a clean spotless driving record, not even a parking ticket and I thought taking the traffic school option and use the money on a fine diner with my wife in Scottsdale instead… But when I called to set it up, because of my boating “infraction” I could not do it to avoid the fine and I again paid over $200.

Why would the road and lakes rules with two different schools apply for both infractions? One is on the road the other on the water and the rules differ totally. I was really mad because again the parents handed up the kid to me and he was under my responsibility to check all life vests sizes when they actions is all over?  The set of circumstances made me; the good guy, a child lover, someone that dedicated all his life for the children’s welfare being punished because the system is set to SUCK your money in any and all possible ways?

Then  June 2, 2013, at 10:42 PM in the middle of nowhere  on SB Pima Rd and E. Hualapai Drive I got caught again 13 miles above the speed limit.  We were on our way back from visiting a friend’s beautiful house thinking we may benefit from the current formidable real estate market and purchase it. My wife and I could not believe it, in the middle of no where, late at night, when behind and in front of us all we had was the wide open clear deserted road.

I was reminded once again of the city police trickery. For god sake who was I endangering then, in the middle of the desert, at 10.30 PM with absolutely no traffic going on?  Rabbits, coyotes, snakes?  This was yet another omen telling me not to invest in Scottsdale area and may be move away from Arizona.

Why would the city place those light so far in the desert in such a wide road if not to catch people like us who NEVER drove there before?  I understand those cities laws are designed to save lives but this is a total abuse of power and very deceptive for law obedient citizens like us.

YOU SHOULD BE SAFE AT HOME DOING YOUR HOMEWORK AFTER 10 PM HUN!

Well wasting over $600 in such a short time for the state of Arizona helped us to realize Florida would be a much better place for us to be, knowing there is less taxes if you own real estate there. Furthermore, every years I donated and proudly promoted and supported  my local police with their sticker on my Hummer but no more. Their new electronic equipments is designed to act as a bank and steal/abuse our credit cards.

So following those omens, Terania and I made the decision to sale our AZ homem invest and move to Florida because Arizona is becoming a police state where law obedient citizens like us are tricked and forced to pay the state. Again I understand the law is designed to protect ALL citizens but for God sake there is a big difference between Dr. Turi who never had a DUI or killed anyone in an accident since 1984 when he first arrived in the US.

I think good hard working people like us should be given a break because driving 10 miles above the speed limit DOES NOT MAKE US BAD DRIVERS, especially in remote areas and at night enjoying the thrill and safety of AZ wide roads.

These traps are unconstitutional and infringe our freedom, traps are for animals and posted far away from the city lights. Thus if you are in the same situation that us and you want to stay in AZ this is my petition for you.

1 – Do not TRICK US, time those “trap lights” during the busy day only, turn them off when all the kids are safe at home back from schools.

2 – Check on the driving record of all citizens and if they never had a DUI or never killed anyone on a traffic accident this mean they are responsible citizens and good drivers. Driving ten ridiculous miles above the speed limit on wide roads at night does NOT make us bad drivers but victims of a police state going out of control if people like me do not do anything to stop the abuse.

My newsletters are read by millions of people world wide thus if you decided to move to AZ remember why Dr. Turi is living this police state behind and why Florida seems more appealing to us.  Yes I could have challenged  the “offence” by appearing in court, but it would have been such a waste of time for all Arizonans who like me were victimised by such an abusive state.

So the state make over $600 bucks on me last few weeks but they will lose much more in the long run once we move away.  I have been in the US since 1984 and in business since 1991 and always paid the Feds and my AZ state taxes and all my spending will stop enriching this state .  You may not realize but a single family unit spending and taxes brings in thousands in revenue to the state and my newsletter will stimulate more people to; either suffer the abuses, do something about the abuses or simply like we plan to do move away from Arizona new police state.

Once I sell my house and move my business to Florida  I will save a bundle because Florida state and tax laws are different and attractive.  I ran a home base business and  we plan to sell our house and invest / live right by the beach in a luxury condo/building apartment where I will drive much less and spend my retirement days travelling by air and fishing on my boat.

Please pass on this complaint to all the people you share the same feelings than us and let’s do something for the people of Arizona. I am much too busy to start and maintain a petition and on my way out of Arizona but I am ready to fight for any form of abuse and injustice.  At least I started the freedom/justice process for all Arizonans and in case you do not know yet, I can see the future quite clearly…

Dr. Turi; I  agree. the stinking police in arizona, charged me with running a red light because, there is no way anyone can make it across that intersection if the light turns yellow as you enter it. then they told me that they smelled marijuana, and were thinking of searching my car, I don’t smoke anything and have no use for marijuana  or any drug. So I agreed to paying the fine or traffic school. I was driving less than the speed limit, because of the heavy traffic. Police are scum. And by the way. When they work for a corporation, they are no longer police but security guards. and all cities and towns and counties are incorporated.

Dear Readers:

I know this obvious predictions “2012 Rigged Elections” will piss off many of my envious, non cosmic conscious Internet enemies but accepting I am CNN before of CNN is also becoming another obvious fact to them! “DR. LOUIS TURI WAS 100% RIGHT THE 2012 ELECTION WAS RIGGED!“

I warned the world and contacted directly the Department of Homeland security and numerous FBI agencies with my “visions.”  Of course when I wrote “Obama Assassination” and gave them the dates of  August  19/20/21/22/23, 2016 I did all that using a modified software for the sceptics who knows nothing of my ingenious methodology!

But I am still wondering how many people realized the reasons for ALL those secrets to come up to light and why such vile drama take place in the news? Will science and the world  ever get ” the  Reign of the Scorpius Draconis?  and acknowledge the Cosmic Code jurisdictions?

 But in this case, what amazes me the most is; the police did not hesitate to run to someone’s house because “the spirits,”  32 of them; told her where  the dead kids were buried! Where is logic there and you wonder why this country is bankrupted with endless legal battles against the police? What the cops should have done is to acknowledge what a Neptunian is all about FIRST and most of all do some detective work by CHECKING if any, her previous hits.  Not that I did not try to reach the police executives since 1991 and teach/offer them (and the FBI)  real cosmic wisdom.

Those traditionally educated kids will learn what a true cosmic detective is all about! No psychological books they oblige have any crucial information on the human UCI *Unique Celestial Identity…

The only problem I see with this demented soul calling 911 is that the rigid world will now remove themselves from any psychical investigations, ridicule Astropsychology,  any psychic phenomenon and classified my work as worthless pseudo-science by a society slowly turning to science for answers endlessly endorsing atheism.  Humanity has seemed to have lost its hope. People like me who truly own a “Cosmic Gift” has this rare wisdom but the system is there to stop it all.

Battling for the spiritual welfare of the children of the future demands for an open mind because the sceptics have nothing to offer but their destructive worthless rants. This is not the way to improve anyone’s psychical aptitude or performances when curiosity is missing or when my work is to lengthy for the sceptical defectives minds…. Have you wonder for a minute if the world was only made of those young souls where we would be today? Any form of negativity is feeding the evil of ignorance and with it, all human vile shortcomings.   I think Hope for the future, love, education and respect is a good start!

Throwing the baby with the water is wrong, psychic phenomenon is very real but it takes more than science and the assuming sceptics assessments to penetrate such a deep mystery! Any and all forms of omens are the biggest signs you can get and should follow… even if its a series of pictures that surprises everyone curious enough to think of the endless physical possibilities…

What did the police and the media learned with this? “Psychic hit with 7-figure judgment  ” Not to take notice of the Divine because it is obviously not reliable yes? No WRONG! This person is a born NEPTUNIAN who most certainly was under one of her “Negative Window Dates” the day she decide to act out her imagination. But she,  like 99.09% of cosmic unconscious human beings, did not know about the Cosmic Code! And given a chance the good God fearing Christians would certainly burn her to the stake and I am not joking The sad reality this monster of ignorance is growing and millions of children deprived of real cosmic fluid  are on the same path.

This psychic like any criminals, was once upon a time an innocent child but she was not allowed to drink at the real source of cosmic wisdom. Her spirit drowned into Neptune deceptive waters and created another monster of ignorance.

But the real damage is reflected in the TV host’ sarcastic comment at the very end of the segment, in her own spiritual ignorance she provided a bigger gap between reliable cosmic information and pure Neptunian imagination to the millions of people watching CNN….

Why God Made Dogs and Killers?

There is so much to learn from animals… Once upon the time Dogs were benefiting a human form in one of the trillions billions of worlds above and they had a spirit similar to ours…sad enough those “sub-human” God creation failed the “experiment and did not make a good use of the feeling of love. In fact they did not want to understand, use, promote and deal with love period and their world was bitter, bloody and dangerous.

Humanity is in the same path with the spirit because you can not separate the spirit from love and the love of God… Finally one day the “dog world” self-destructed and when facing their creator, billions of  “young dog spirits” were asked to  chose between coming back for thousands of years to relearn the painful lesson from the scratch or help another race in progress.

They all decided that the lessons learned were much too difficult to relive and agreed to comeback on earth and help the human race to realize how important the spirit of love truly is. And God said, no matter how bad you will be treated by human, you shall never stop loving and respecting them. If you fail and bite or kill a child, human will bring you back to me and your lesson will be made much worse.

God changed them from the “sub-human” form  into a magnificent animal to love and protect all good people, then sent them back to HELL (here on earth)  to repay  their karmic dues to the creator.  Some dogs did not heed God’s warnings and reflects the millions of criminals rotting in jail today. Guess what readers, if you do not understand or support the mission this is exactly what is awaiting the human race, a failed mission.

Lose the spirit and lose love! The sceptics, atheist, agnostics alike will laugh and keep ignoring the spirit and this produce monsters. Those criminals will be the ONES forced into the miserable lives of those dogs.  They will end served for lunch to other human beings who need the purest form of love and respect and this is the work of the devil.  EVIL force them to behave worse than animals, no respect, no love, no conscience and end up eating each others.

Pure evil is to kill a defenceless loving pet and consume it, God made dogs very intelligent and NOT for human consumption like other animals species.  Help to bring back love, respect and save the human spirit.

1 – What is the Arian Draconis? 

The dragon is a cosmic fluid or what our infantile science can only describe as “Dark Matter” coming from the constellation of Draco which is also reflected by the Lunar South and North nodes of the Moon by signs and houses. The stars and the moon are much more than dead rocks hanging above just for the sake of beauty, there is a spiritual essence emanating from them all and God gave them to us for interpretations so we may live a safer more productive life!

While the old Scorpius Draconis stimulated the mass to become more curious about metaphysics, the occult, secrets, sex the Arian Draconis will stimulate a deeper drive to understand and find oneself. It will also induce more than usual accidents, aggressions and suicides, especially in the Army, Navy and all public servants organizations. This impact will take the psychological world by surprise with an incredible upsurge of depressed, suicidal mass of people. Sad enough anti-depressants will make the situation much worse because the scientific community has not yet investigated, nor realize the safer therapeutic values found in the science of Astropsychology.

4 – How can someone control his own Arian Draconis?  The part of God in each human being is much stronger than the stars and the dragons but without cosmic consciousness the soul, subconsciously, neurotically can only succumb to its extraordinary pull and can not apply the will. Many will succumb to suicide and take many innocent people with them. “Why flight 370 pilot took so many innocent lives with him?“

In Flight 370 case, this powerful negative Draconis cosmic fluid was cursing the pilot’s 8th house of death, close to his Moon (emotions) in Pisces (oceans.)  I offered all the details to my VIP’s but in no way, and by respect to the dead and their families, can I make this article public!

If, for example the Dragon is affecting the subconscious 12th house, the person is forced into serious and deep psychological changes than can lead to heavy depressions and the regular use of anti depressants stimulates the evil of murder and suicidal thoughts. 5 – What can we expect from this Arian Draconis impact? Looking at the latest news they are quite obvious with so much going on in the news. This nasty cosmic fluid will produce many fires and “accidents” but there are no accidents, only cosmic circumstances unknown to science…

6 – Can the Arian Draconis be positive?  Indeed if you use it to uncover your cosmic nature and learn to control its power constructively! But first one must find in which of the 12th houses regulating the human experience the Arian Draconis resides in the natal UCI. 7 – What is the purpose of the Arian Draconis?  There are some years where everything you do turns into pure gold, while some years are only made of pain, loss and suffering. The dragon is karmic in nature and offer a badly needed rebirth by bringing balance in your life. You must be aware of the nasty tail but mostly focus on the progressive protective Libra head. This sign rules contracts, marriage, balance, harmony and if you refuse to use diplomacy or its blessings, falling on his burning tail will be the only way for you to learn the hard way!

8 – Can the Arian Draconis affect the world at large? Yes indeed because any and all Presidents are also under the jurisdictions of the dragon. His political decisions, emotional feelings and understanding of situations are regulated by the inner pull of his natal and hidden karmic dragons. For example our President Obama is victimized  by his humanitarian Aquarius Dragon’s Tail which makes him believe and work for the common good of all the people and everyone and every countries is/should be a friend.

On the other hand, Vladimir Putin was born with the exact same dragons as Obama but in opposite signs.  Putin is a Leo (pride/children) dragon’s Tail (negative) and he wants to rule the world and will not hesitate to sacrifice the lives of the many children his dragon has cursed to die. But the sad reality; to this day there is not a single cosmic conscious President in the entire world aware of the dragon subtle power and this lack of awareness leads to more misunderstanding and will create more political/religious wars.

Human are nothing more than unconscious robots reacting the this Arian Draconis stimuli.  Remember this dragon aim for the soldiers and the unstoppable increase in suicides baffling science, the AFA and the Army/Navy authorities. Looking for a responsible “gene” performing wasteful medical researches is certainly not the way to go because ingesting more drugs take away whatever little will is left for the victim to battle his dragons. This is a psychical problem in nature, unknown to a non intuitive science where guns are not responsible. I have the real answers that could put an end to this phenomenon but my 64 years of independent psychical researches is still sough as “pseudo-science only!

10 – Does Arian Draconis affect finances? Yes it does and will stimulate new alliances in construction and auto-mobile corporate contracts. This dragon is forcing the Army, the Navy and many auto makers establishments to restructure, sometime by force. Automobile recalls are on pace to break recent highs!
